XPPen uses several methods for shipping products. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available. All orders ship from either Poland, Germany, France, Spain, or China warehouse. The shipping will be up to the stock in the different warehouses and the destination. Customers, who are from Non-EU countries (Serbia, Norway, Monaco, Iceland) or the remote area should handle the customs clearance by themselves.

All orders are subject 1 to 8 business days processing period before shipping ( It may be longer during the peak season in November and December). The XPPen uses the best carriers in the business, but we are unable to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd-day delivery.
Currently, we are only able to accept orders and shipments within the regions list on the Order page.
UPS&DHL&Fedex&YunExpress: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 7– 20 business days from shipment for delivery).
EMS: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 10 – 30 business days from shipment for delivery).
China Post: This method is generally with flexible delivery periods (typically allow between 10 – 30 business days from shipment for delivery).
Note that weekends, holidays, and Covid-19 may delay shipping.
How to Expedite Shipping Your Order
Avoid delivery delays by including your full address, including company name if applicable, suite number, apartment number, floor number, building number, etc., and a valid phone number.
We use a third-party address verification system, so please enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing or shipment of your order.
If your order is returned to XPPen as undeliverable from our shipping partners, you will need to place a new order. Please contact Customer Support to resolve your payment issue by email.
Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and by double-checking for typos and other errors.

Tax
You are responsible for any sales, use, duty, or other governmental taxes or fees due with respect to your purchase and use of the merchandise. We will present any taxes that we are required to collect at checkout, but note that actual taxes charged may be adjusted from the amount shown at checkout.
Non-Refundable Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
